Do we mothball smart selections?

Do we mothball our Smart Selections?

In short no!

Here’s a bit about the background of our Smart Selections:

Our Smart Selections filter out the horses racing today based on set strategies that have been put forward by our team and our members.

These filters are applied to various elements of our ratings and for Platinum members, to any form factors they’d like to include/exclude.

Our horse racing strategies are open to all to read and follow, however the automatic Smart Selections are only available to Gold and Platinum Members.

They are a very quick way of setting up strategies which just show the horses that qualify on the day’s race card.

When we create the Smart Selection it’ll start gathering data and present the results in both detailed and monthly summaries which we keep on a 6 month rolling basis.  This is to gather enough data to give a good guide as to whether the strategy is effective for a back, place or lay bet.

Those who follow horse racing strategies will know that strategies work for different situations, seasons, type of racing or even just for the year.  So we keep all of the strategies we create, to show patterns in the data to help us with finding profitable strategies.

Smart Selections are a guide to help you make better betting decisions, and are not designed to be followed blindly - they are not recommendations or horse racing tips!

Using the Smart Selections or the strategies they offer should be done as part of your research and are designed to cut down the amount of time you have to spend on your horse selections.  Our most successful members use them in conjunction with other factors to make their final selections for the day’s racing.

You can read more about this in our emails we send out and ask about it in our Facebook Group.

We do not mothball our smart selections so that members can see for themselves the efficacy of using the strategy, and our members use them as a starting point.
