Can I upgrade/downgrade?

Absolutely! Switching is easy from within your account area. Visit your Subscriptions page Account - Form Ratings For UK & Irish Horse Racing

Click on 'View' to see the details of your current plan. Then you'll see a button to Switch Membership Plans - click on that and you'll be taken to a page to choose the plan you'd like to upgrade/downgrade to.
