Does the Going affect the ratings?

The numbers are crunched generally before the official going has been updated for the day, and can change overnight.  

Both our HRS (Horse Race Score) and FRN (Form Ratings Number) score take in a number of factors and match them to the best scenarios of that day’s racing.
