Why is my subscription to Form Ratings "On Hold"?

If you're seeing "Subscription On Hold" in your My Account pages, this generally means there's been an issue with your renewal payment.

Access to the Form Ratings has been paused until your payment is up to date. Payment can be made via the Subscriptions page in your My Account section to re-activate your subscription.
